We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our International Voice Process team in India. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to manage and support our global client base effectively. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with international voice processes or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
