Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with international voice processes or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
