We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the position of International Experience in Chat and Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clientele through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat and voice channels in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and chat applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with customer service tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international markets and cultural sensitivities is desirable.
