Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer support profile involving interaction with customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction through voice-based assistance
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process (mandatory)
- Only customer service experience considered
- International voice background preferred
Qualifications:
- Any Graduates / Any Post Graduates with certificates / Any Undergraduates
