Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support to international clients.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
• Meet performance and quality targets.
• Document interactions with clients as per company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Language: Must be well-versed in English (both written and spoken).
• Shift: Willingness to work in Night Shift.
• Week-offs: 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs.
• Immediate joining is required.
