Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of International Voice Hiring UK & US Process in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients in the UK and US markets. This role requires effective communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone and provide solutions to their inquiries.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Document all calls and interactions accurately in the system.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services offered by the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
  • Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
