Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in client communication and calling, who can effectively manage international outreach and coordination with salons across multiple geographies. This role requires a high degree of ownership, communication finesse, and operational discipline, with a focus on appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international calling to salons for outreach, engagement, and coordination
- Handle professional email communication with global clients, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Take ownership of end-to-end meeting and appointment scheduling, including confirmations and follow-ups
- Ensure seamless calendar alignment across time zones with no lapses in communication
- Maintain accurate and structured records of conversations, follow-ups, and status updates
- Deliver high-quality client support, ensuring timely resolution of queries
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in calling/customer support roles
- Demonstrated experience in meeting/appointment scheduling and coordination
- Excellent spoken and written English, with strong articulation skills
- High level of professionalism in email communication and client handling
- Ability to confidently engage with international clients across geographies
- Strong listening, comprehension, and follow-through capabilities
