Job Title: Marketing Team Lead – Influencer & Creator Strategy
Location: South Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 3–6 years (with strong hands-on influencer marketing experience)
Role Overview
We're looking for a high-ownership Marketing Team Lead to drive end-to-end influencer marketing execution while leading a team of 5–12 members.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team leadership—ensuring campaigns are not just delivered, but delivered right, on time, and at scale.
You will be responsible for owning outcomes, not just overseeing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Output Management
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5–12 across influencer marketing functions
Drive daily execution discipline, speed, and quality of output
Ensure clear delegation, accountability, and ownership across all tasks
Identify gaps in performance and actively work towards improving team efficiency
Extract maximum potential from each team member through structured guidance and feedback
2. Campaign Execution & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from creator discovery to go-live
Ensure timelines are strictly adhered to across all campaigns
Maintain high standards of creator selection, scripting alignment, and final output quality
Ensure minimal back-and-forth by driving clarity at the briefing stage itself
Proactively flag and solve execution bottlenecks before they escalate
3. Client Management & Escalation Handling
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients on campaigns
Manage client expectations with clarity, confidence, and structured communication
Handle escalations with a solution-first approach, ensuring minimal disruption
Translate client requirements into clear internal actionables for the team
Ensure clients experience a seamless, stress-free execution process
4. Creator & Talent Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and agencies
Drive efficient negotiations and closures aligned with campaign budgets
Ensure creators are well-briefed, aligned, and deliver as per expectations
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and clarity in all creator interactions
5. Systems, Processes & Accountability
Strengthen and streamline internal workflows, trackers, and reporting systems
Ensure all documentation (databases, trackers, updates) is accurate and real-time
Reduce dependency on reactive problem-solving by building proactive systems
Maintain strong oversight on all moving parts across campaigns
