Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an International Student Counselor. The Counselor will guide and support students through their study abroad journey, including career counseling, providing tailored academic guidance, and assisting with the university application process. The counselor will also ensure effective communication with students, address their queries, and deliver excellent customer service to maintain a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed decisions about their education and future.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with students, parents, and institutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of the education systems, programs, and application processes of the UK, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
• Proficiency in handling diverse student needs with empathy and professionalism.
