Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Student Counsellor based in Kochi. The student counsellor will provide guidance and support to students in selecting suitable academic programs and universities abroad. Responsibilities include conducting personalized counseling sessions, offering career guidance, addressing students queries, assisting with admission processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for students from application submission to enrollment.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Malayalam
- Strong skills in Student Counseling , Career Counseling and SALES SKILLS
- 1-3 Years Experience in the Overseas education industry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive student experience
- Familiarity with the Education sector and knowledge of study abroad application processes
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
