What You'll Do :-
- Engage & Convert: Connect with inbound leads via calls, emails, and chat. Understand parent needs and guide them through purchase decisions.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Recommend advanced programs, bundles, and learning tools to maximize customer value and meet revenue goals.
- Product Expertise: Build deep knowledge of our programs, outcomes, and success stories to deliver persuasive, confident pitches.
- CRM & Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress for seamless reporting.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every interaction is empathetic, supportive, and solution-oriented.
- Collaboration: Share feedback with marketing, product, and support teams to refine messaging and enhance user journeys.
What We're Looking For :-
- Excellent English communication (neutral/global accent).
- 13 years experience in international B2C/B2B inside sales, telesales, or customer success.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Comfortable with night shifts (9 pm6 am IST) and a 6-day work week.
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM, video calls, and productivity tools.
- High empathy, strong consultative approach, and ability to explain value propositions clearly.
Bonus: Prior experience in EdTech or selling digital learning solutions to parents overseas.
