Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from international regions
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services effectively
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales over the phone
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
• Handle objections professionally and convert interest into sales
• Provide excellent post-sale customer support and build long-term customer relationships
• Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends

Prerequisite for applying for the position :

1. Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Thane, Maharashtra)

2. Can work from the office and Can join immediately.

Budget : Upto 4.50 LPA

Working days : Monday to Friday

Shift : Night Shift (8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST)
