About the Role

We are hiring International Sales Executives with strong US/UK voice process experience and accent fluency to drive global B2B partnerships and franchise expansion. This is a voice-first, client-facing sales role where your ability to communicate confidently with international clients is critical. If you have worked in US/UK voice processes (BPO, inside sales, or international calling) and want to move into high-ticket B2B sales, this role is built for you.

Who Should Apply

  • Comfortable handling international clients on calls and video meetings

Key Responsibilities

1. International Voice-Based B2B Sales

  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle via calls and virtual meetings
  • Connect with inbound and outbound international leads
  • Pitch BIA's franchise, partnership, and certification programs
  • Drive conversions through structured conversations

2. US/UK Client Interaction (Core Focus)

  • Engage daily with US/UK clients via calls, Zoom, and email
  • Deliver clear, confident communication with accent fluency
  • Build trust with decision-makers across global markets
  • Lead sales discussions independently

3. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups

  • Execute consistent follow-ups via calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Maintain engagement across the sales funnel
  • Convert warm leads into qualified opportunities

4. Sales Coordination & Closures

  • Qualify leads and set up high-value discussions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for deal closures
  • Handle negotiations and partnership alignment

5. Pipeline & Performance Tracking

  • Track calls, meetings, and conversions in CRM
  • Meet monthly targets for qualified calls, deals, and revenue

Required Skills

  • Strong US/UK accent and voice clarity (mandatory)
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • Experience in international calling / voice process
  • Sales mindset with ability to close deals on calls
  • Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills
