Job Summary

As a Banker-Customer Experience at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless banking experience for our customers. You will be a part of the Retail Banking team, specifically in the Branch Banking department, and will be based at our Mumbai branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand and address customer needs, queries, and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Educate customers about our products and services and assist them in choosing the right solutions for their financial needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for banking operations
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
