Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. Based in Lucknow, the position requires identifying and securing sales opportunities for renewable energy solutions, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client consultations, preparing proposals, and coordinating follow-ups. While the role primarily involves on-site engagement, some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
  • Customer relationship management and communication skills to build lasting client partnerships
  • Knowledge of renewable energy solutions, specifically solar power systems, is a strong advantage
  • Problem-solving skills for providing customized renewable energy solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the energy or solar sector, is a plus
