We are seeking an International Customer Support representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients, ensuring they receive top-notch assistance and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of support materials and FAQs to improve customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
