Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our International Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in customer service, providing support to a diverse clientele across various time zones. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Provide exceptional customer service through voice interactions with international clients.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
