Job Details
Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience: Freshers and experienced
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Process: International Voice
CTC: 2.5 LPA – 5 LPA
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Provide product/service information and assist customers in decision-making
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Identify trends in customer concerns and share feedback for improvement
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
