Job Description

About Us 

We are a contract hiring firm that connects international companies with skilled professionals from India on a per-hour engagement model. Our rate is flat and simple: $30–$40 per hour, regardless of role or experience level. Clients get access to vetted talent across technology, engineering, finance, and operations with no placement fees, no long-term commitments, and no management overhead on their end. Our delivery team handles everything from sourcing to onboarding. The BD hire we are looking for focuses solely on bringing in clients and keeping those relationships commercially healthy. 

What You Will Do 

Business Development 

  • Prospect and reach out to international companies with active or upcoming hiring needs primarily in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia 
  • Run discovery calls to understand client requirements, timelines, and hiring budgets 
  • Pitch our model: flat $30–$40/hr rate, Indian talent pool, fast turnaround, zero management overhead for the client 
  • Close contracts MSAs, SOWs, rate agreements and hand over to the delivery team 

Pipeline & Revenue 

  • Manage your own pipeline from first outreach to signed agreement, with no hand-holding 
  • Continuously bring in new open roles from existing clients and new accounts 
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments 
  • Track all activity in a CRM and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting 

Client Relationships 

  • Stay in regular contact with active clients to identify new roles and expansion opportunities 
  • Gather feedback and share it with the delivery team to improve service quality 

  What We Are Looking For 

Experience 

  • 3 to 8 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in staffing, IT services, or outsourcing 
  • Proven track record of closing international clients and managing a full sales cycle independently 
  • Experience selling to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, hiring managers, or HR leaders 
  • Comfortable running outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling 
  • Familiarity with contract documents MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and basic commercial negotiation 

Good to Have 

  • Existing network of international hiring contacts you can activate immediately 
  • Prior experience in Indian IT staffing or staff augmentation 
  • Working knowledge of tech roles and stacks to hold credible conversations with technical buyers 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar outbound tools
