Key Responsibilities
International Business Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery meetings, requirement gathering, and client presentations.
Solution & Consultative Selling
- Sell company services including:
- Agentic AI solutions
- Conversational AI/chatbot solutions
- Machine Learning solutions
- Mobile and web development services
- CloudOps / DevOps services
- Custom enterprise software development
- Promote and sell proprietary software products developed by the company.
- Understand client business problems and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Proposal & Revenue Management
- Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized client solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
- Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market Expansion
- Explore new international markets and business segments.
- Identify strategic alliances, partnerships, and channel opportunities.
- Track competitor trends and emerging AI/software opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–8+ years of experience in international business development, IT sales, software sales, or B2B technology sales.
- Proven experience selling software services, IT services, SaaS, AI/ML solutions, or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development, AI solutions, or cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and international client acquisition.
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative selling and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in selling AI solutions, software development services, cloud services, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Existing international business network or client portfolio.
- Experience selling to clients in US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, or APAC markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound sales tools, and proposal platforms.
