About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive with experience in Technology Recruitment to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a professional who excels at generating new business, building client relationships, and managing the recruitment lifecycle from business development through successful placements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology hiring landscape, experience working with enterprise clients, and the ability to identify and attract top-tier technology talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct job qualification meetings to understand client hiring needs and workforce requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
  • Business development
  • Requirement gathering
  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Interview coordination
  • Offer management
  • Post-placement follow-up and client care
  • Source, assess, and engage high-quality technology professionals across various domains.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery against client requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and technology market developments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Recruitment within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of winning new clients and developing long-term business relationships.
  • Strong experience in Technology Recruitment, including:
  • Cyber Security
  • Software Engineering
  • Infrastructure
  • Cloud Technologies
  • Good understanding of IT Architecture and Engineering functions.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and delivering high-quality technology candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in contract recruitment is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable working aligned to UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large enterprise organizations, banking, or financial services clients.
  • Understanding of IR35 regulations and UK employment legislation.
  • Experience recruiting within the UK technology market.
