Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Internal Recruiter specializing in US Staffing. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various technical and non-technical roles. Daily tasks include drafting job descriptions, utilizing recruitment portals and professional networks, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Bench Sales, US IT, and Healthcare recruitment roles

Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process efficiently

Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Ensure timely closures of open positions

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in US Staffing recruitment.

Experience hiring Bench Sales, US IT Recruiters, and Healthcare Recruiters.

Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and professional networking sites
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with US staffing processes, including sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on deadlines and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
