Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring operations. This role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers by providing administrative and logistical support throughout the recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with Korn Ferry recruiters and LinkedIn hiring teams to coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment checks, and assist in offer letter generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- E2E Coordination from Interview scheduling to Onboarding the candidate.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage logistics and communication for both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal tracking tools.
- Welcome and guide candidates during in-person interviews to ensure a positive experience.
- Global coordination experience & closely working with recruiters, TA Team & global team.
- Coordinating interviews with business heads.
- Support pre-employment checks and offer letter generation processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient recruitment operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–3 years in recruitment coordination or administrative support.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- E2E Recruitment coordination support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday preferred).
- Ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones and regions.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
