About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in HR. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while working with a fast-growing interior design company.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR/MBA HR) – Final-year students or recent graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
