Sourcing & Attraction
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and company career portals.
- Engage both active and passive candidates to promote open opportunities and drive applications.
Walk-In Drive Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute Walk-In Hiring Drives.
- Manage logistics including candidate registration, venue setup, and interview scheduling.
- Handle candidate flow to ensure smooth event operations.
- Provide on-ground support to address candidate queries during events.
Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview processes.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates post-interview.
Candidate Management & Experience
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Respond to candidate queries and provide necessary guidance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and communication at every stage of the hiring process.
ATS & Data Management
- Maintain and regularly update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track candidate progress across different recruitment stages.
- Ensure adherence to ATS processes for efficient workflow management.
Reporting & Metrics
- Generate recruitment reports to track key metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.
- Monitor pipeline health and source effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications.
- Assist in resume screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Support interview feedback collection and candidate progression.
Administrative Support
- Prepare interview schedules and maintain candidate documentation.
- Assist in tracking recruitment performance metrics and reporting insights.
