We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases effectively.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Prepare and negotiate offer letters in line with company policies.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external talent communities.
• Stay updated on market trends, hiring strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
