Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of interior projects. Responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, guiding the team, supervising the implementation of interior designs as per specifications, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and liaising with clients and suppliers as needed. The site supervisor will also proactively identify and resolve any issues during project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in site supervision, project coordination, and interior design implementation
• Knowledge of safety protocols, construction procedures, and quality control standards
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for team guidance and client interaction
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site issues
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and technical drawings
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
