Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and proactive Interior Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing Interior Design team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling interior design projects independently while guiding and mentoring interns and junior designers. This role requires strong design expertise, technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, and material selections.
*Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and client presentations.
*Create and review 3D models, renderings, and visualization outputs.
*Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
*Conduct site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved concepts.
*Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
*Lead, train, and mentor interns and junior designers.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
*Maintain drawing standards and ensure design quality across projects.
*Stay updated on industry trends, materials, products, and design technologies.
Required Skills
*Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and MS Office.
*Strong knowledge of residential interior design and detailing.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
*Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Good problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
*1–2 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
*Experience in residential interior projects will be preferred.
