About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeler to join our growing architectural team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with a good understanding of architectural drawings and 3D modeling. Experience with Revit is a plus.

You will work closely with architects and designers to develop accurate BIM models, technical drawings, and project documentation while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects.

* Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

* Update project drawings based on design revisions and client feedback.

* Coordinate with architects and the design team to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

* Maintain project documentation and drawing standards.

* Assist in preparing presentation drawings and technical documentation.

* Ensure all drawings comply with company and project standards.

* Support the design team throughout different stages of the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

* Good working knowledge of SketchUp (Mandatory).

* Experience with Revit is a plus.

* Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

* Good communication and time management skills.
