About the Role
WEA Designs is looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution while leading a team and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Handle projects from concept development to final execution.
- Prepare furniture layouts, space planning, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
- Create and review detailed production drawings, working drawings, and execution drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure quality, timelines, and design intent are maintained.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers.
- Resolve design and execution challenges with practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining company quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.
