2. Well versed in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape

3. Client Handling & Lead Conversion Skills

4. Preparation of Costing and Estimate Sheets

5. Handling of BOQs & Project Quotations

6. Vendor Coordination & Negotiation

7. On-Site Supervision & Issue Management

8. Project Management & Timeline Coordination

9. Ready to travel for site visits (if required)

10. Strong Portfolio with Diverse Commercial Projects
