Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and creating interior spaces that balance aesthetics and functionality. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, developing design concepts, creating construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs and site considerations. The role also involves overseeing project implementation to ensure alignment with design goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and a clear understanding of ergonomic and functional design principles
• Extensive knowledge in Architecture and expertise in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings
• Experience in Interior Design with a strong sense of creativity and design aesthetics
• Understanding and selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for projects
• Strong visualization skills with proficiency in design and drafting software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, suppliers, and project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design , Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in residential or modular home projects is an advantage
• work experience of 1-2 years at least.
