Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Interior Designer will collaborate with the design team to develop concepts, mood boards, and detailed layouts for luxury residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role involves site visits, quality checks, and resolving design-related issues during project execution. The Interior Designer will also support client presentations, documentation, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design skills with ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions.
- Solid understanding of Space Planning and Architecture to create functional, aesthetically refined environments.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical documentation for accurate on-site execution.
- Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials appropriate for luxury projects.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills, including mood boards and client-ready design proposals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Effective collaboration skills and professional communication with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in luxury interiors is an advantage.
