Role Description The Sr Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, responsible for leading the design and execution of high-end residential and hospitality interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, and overseeing space planning and layout for bungalows, flats, and hospitality projects. The role involves coordinating FF&E selections, materials, finishes, and color palettes that align with project standards and client expectations. The Sr Interior Designer will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and contractors, review construction drawings, participate in site visits, and ensure design intent is maintained through all phases. The position also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to project timelines, and supporting client meetings and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, with experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zoning.
• Candidates should possess Architecture-related knowledge to coordinate effectively with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
• Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E, including furniture, fixtures, equipment selection, and material/finish specification.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools is beneficial.
• A degree/dilpoma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and several years of relevant professional experience in senior or lead roles are preferred.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, are advantageous.
