The Role
We are looking for a passionate, senior FF&E Interior Designer with a minimum of five years experience in high-end residential projects to join our India studio. This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves the whole journey — from concept, through drawing package and procurement, all the way to installation and handover.
You will take ownership of projects, collaborate with remarkable clients, and work alongside a talented team that values craft, curiosity and a modern, tech-enabled way of working.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full project lifecycle: Leading projects end-to-end — from initial concept and client briefing through drawing packages, procurement, installation and beyond.
- Design bespoke details: Designing bespoke joinery, furniture, kitchens, lighting and linen, and coordinating closely with our suppliers and makers to bring them to life.
- Partner with clients: Meeting with clients to shape the design concept and executing it flawlessly through every stage.
- Curate the scheme: Selecting finishes, fabrics, furniture and accessories, and producing beautiful, persuasive presentation boards and schemes.
- Coordinate delivery: Liaising with and supervising both in-house and external contractors to ensure quality, schedule and budget are met.
- Project management: Managing the project from conception to installation, including procurement, scheduling and on-site coordination.
Who You Are

- Strong portfolio demonstrating bespoke joinery, furniture and kitchen design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop, as well as confident freehand sketching.
- Strong working knowledge of luxury and super-luxury FF&E brands and current design trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to run multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong creative flair combined with clear, professional communication.
