About the Role:
We are expanding our franchise network and are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end execution of our franchise store setups — both for existing store upgrades/renovations and upcoming new store launches. This is a hands-on, on-ground role that sits at the intersection of civil execution, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.
If you have a civil engineering background, love structured execution, and thrive in fast-paced multi-project environments — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers for each franchise store setup
Oversee end-to-end civil and fit-out work from site handover to store launch
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and budget
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with franchise partners, internal teams (design, procurement, operations), and local authorities
Manage vendor relationships — sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and performance tracking
Ensure timely procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all civil and construction activities comply with local regulations and brand standards
Prepare and maintain project documentation — BOQs, snag lists, handover reports, and store commissioning records
Track and report project status, risks, and deviations to stakeholders regularly
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project expenditures and flag cost overruns proactively
Validate contractor invoices and coordinate with finance for timely payments
