Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical business and technology solutions. Your role includes leading discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks. You ensure that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s needs, facilitating seamless integration and effective implementation of solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet business objectives.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and middleware technologies.
• Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and web services.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
