Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide expert advice on integrating various business and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, while collaborating with stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that meet business needs. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation of solutions that drive client success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure integration solutions are aligned with overall project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of middleware technologies and integration patterns.
• Experience with web services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with enterprise messaging systems and asynchronous communication.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
