Role: Workday Software Integration Engineer (Contract | India Remote)

Duration: 3+ Contract (Potential Extension Not Guaranteed)
Team:Work with global integration engineers across India & US
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of Workday Integration experience (4+ preferred)
- 4+ years of integration development / software engineering experience
Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI
- XML, XSLT
- Experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP)
- Experience with EDI & Flat File integrations
- Strong communication skills & team collaboration mindset
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT or related field
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Workday Certification (Highly Preferred)
- Experience integrating with 3rd-party vendor systems
- Knowledge of SaaS architecture & deployment models
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Understanding of full software implementation lifecycle
- Object-oriented programming concepts
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
- Create system integration specs, field mappings & process flows
- Collaborate with Product Managers & Config Engineers
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain integration documentation and compliance
