This full-time on-site role, based in Lucknow, is for an Insurance Sales Representative at PolicyGhar. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include building client relationships, explaining policy details, negotiating terms, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The representative will also collaborate with insurance providers to offer competitive rates and comprehensive coverage, track leads and follow up to close sales, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Knowledge of Sales techniques and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
• Fluency in local languages and English is a plus
