Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow for the role of Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the college selection and application process. Key responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, answering queries about courses and institutions, assisting with admissions procedures, and maintaining strong communication with students. The role also involves engaging in client interactions, promoting education-related services, and meeting enrollment objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build rapport with students and families
• Proven Sales skills to promote educational programs effectively
• Knowledge or experience in the Education domain is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education-related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in admissions counseling or education services is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
