Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and establish strong relationships with clients. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, guiding and motivating team members to meet targets, and analyzing market trends to adapt strategies. The Sales Manager will also ensure the team delivers consistent results and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills to guide a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent sales techniques, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and develop strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • A results-driven mindset coupled with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and various sales platforms.
