Role Overview:

In this role, the candidate should be able to execute instructional design tasks with precision and creativity. The focus will be on developing storyboards, assessments, and design documentation while ensuring accessibility and quality standards.

Key Expectations:

34 years of experience in instructional design for core digital learning/e-learning projects.

Solid understanding of instructional design principles and content structuring.

Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and usability best practices.

Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and LMS workflows.

Ability to follow established processes and guidelines in project execution.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Execution (Major Focus)

Develop detailed storyboards and scripts for core digital learning/e-learning projects.

Prepare preliminary design documentation, including screen flows and content outlines.

Design assessments and quizzes aligned with learning objectives.

Basic knowledge of Generative AI tools for content creation and adaptation.

Collaborate with SMEs, visual designers, and developers to ensure accurate and engaging content delivery.

Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.

Use authoring tools for prototyping and QA of learning modules.

Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine content.

Follow project plans, guidelines, and pre-defined processes.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of instructional design tasks.

Provide support during design discussions and reviews.

Flag any risks related to instructional design tasks to the project manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/master's degree
