We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging and impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience in storyboarding, Level 2 & Level 3 content development, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging e-learning and training content

• Create storyboards and instructional frameworks for digital learning modules

• Develop interactive Level 2 and Level 3 learning content

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand training requirements

• Ensure learning content is learner-centric, visually engaging, and instructionally effective

• Review and update existing learning materials as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Instructional Design

• Expertise in Storyboarding

• Knowledge of Level 2 & Level 3 content development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies

• Attention to detail and creative thinking

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LMS platforms

• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools

• Prior experience in corporate training or digital learning projects
