Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, managing client interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth initiatives. This role includes maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and drive customer acquisitions
  • 2+ years experience
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to nurture and build long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Capability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and support the achievement of sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for driving business growth
