The Role:

We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Executive / Student Counsellor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for parents and students, guiding them through our unique K-12 Experiential Learning Programs. If you have a background in EdTech sales or Admission Counselling and believe that learning happens beyond the classroom, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Counselling: Act as a trusted advisor to parents and students, explaining the value of experiential learning (travel programs, workshops, etc.) for K-12 development.

Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing admissions via phone and video calls.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly revenue/enrollment targets.

Must-Have Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 13 years in Student Counselling, Admission Counselling, or EdTech Sales.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi/Regional).

Mindset: A consultative sales approachyou are solving a problem, not just selling a product.
