About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Pre-Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales within staffing, recruitment, or recruitment tech/job boards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads to support our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients (5080 leads daily).
- Identify and engage potential clients through email campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Develop a strong understanding of our staffing and recruitment solutions to present tailored offerings to prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems.
- Support the sales team by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for business development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in B2B pre-sales, business development, or sales within staffing, recruitment, recruitment tech, or job boards.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, or similar platforms for lead generation.
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram
