Role Overview

We're looking for driven individuals (0–2 years experience) eager to build a career in B2B sales. You will own outbound prospecting and convert conversations into qualified demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls and reach out via email/WhatsApp
  • Identify customer needs and pitch Runo's solution
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos
  • Maintain follow-ups and build a strong pipeline
  • Track all activities in CRM and meet weekly/monthly targets

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years experience (freshers with strong communication can apply)
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
