Job Summary
The Order Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining coordination between the sales team, warehouse, and customers. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure a seamless order management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Ensure accurate order entry and documentation in the system
- Track order status and proactively update customers and internal teams
- Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, and dispatch details
- Identify and resolve order-related issues or discrepancies
- Assist in inventory coordination and stock availability checks
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status and performance
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in order management / coordination / retail operations (fashion industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and order management systems (ERP preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
