What you'll be doing:
- Identify and connect with potential customers across industries
- Make outbound calls to introduce Runo's CRM solution
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and business workflows
- Follow up via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with internal teams
Key expectations:
- 20–25 connected calls per day
- Daily prospect mapping and CRM updates
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Responsibilities:
- Prospect mapping and outreach
- Confidently pitching product features and benefits
- Qualifying decision-makers and business requirements
- Supporting demo scheduling and basic walkthroughs
- Collaborating with marketing to improve lead quality
- Sharing market feedback for better product positioning
- Ensuring CRM data hygiene

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfort with outbound calling and client interaction
- Ability to understand business needs and pitch solutions
- Interest in sales and business development
- B2B Sales experience is a Plus
