Business Development Manager (Freelancer)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them build cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on engineering and infrastructure tasks

.In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development—from lead generation to deal closure
• Identify and build relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and AI-driven organizations
• Develop tailored proposals and pitch Deccan AI's solutions to decision-makers
• Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with product, operations, and AI teams to align offerings with client needs
• Support strategic partnerships related to AI training, data services, and model optimization

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (AI, SaaS, or tech services is a plus)
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with global clients or enterprise accounts is an advantage
